I don't even know what day it is anymore..

It's hard to keep track of the day of the week, or date, when you don't have to!

I think I left off in Nevada.  Nevada was really pretty.  It was like desert, mountains, heat.  Desert,mountains, heat.  Rinse and repeat.  Reno was not as exiting as I thought it would be but the traffic was not horrible so that was a bonus.  The biggest thing I noticed was casinos and slot machines EVERYWHERE.  Like every truck stop, convenient store, laundromat.  I think the machine I got was broken though because I put my money in, but did not get anything back out.  I told the manager he better check it out,  I think he thought I was nuts.

On to California.  It was very smoky, but beautiful. There were a lot of crazy grades and passes in the mountains of CA.   I did spend a fair amount of time in the back of the truck.  It was just easier on Mark so he did not have to keep reassuring me that we would be fine. :)
